Three MG Racers will be taking part in the 2018 Bathurst 12 hour
Former champions Glen Wood and Cody Hill will combine in the KTM Xbow GT4 of M Motorsport in the GT4 class. Wood drove the same car in the 2017 event and they comfortably lead the class until a fire in the car set them back, they will be looking to try and take the class win in 2018. Wood competed recently in the Dubai 24 Hour race in the KTM with owner Justin McMillan however the car did not make the finish after 18 hours, while Hill also competed the Dubai event in a Seat Leon TCR car but suffered a blown turbo. The team will drive as part of a two car M Motorsport GT4 attack and will take on Porsche, Ginetta and BMW in the GT4 class.
Also joining the field is Rhys Howell who will be competing in the invited category as part of the Daytona Sportscars team. Howell will be driving the Daytona Coupe against the MARC cars Australia team and a Dodge Viper Competition Coupe.
