Winton Preview Part 2 – Modern
The Modern MG class has a bit of a resurgence at Winton with a strong field, Regulars include Chris Gidney, Jim Dodd and Paul Vernall in ZR’s while Paul steps across to allow his father David to have his first run with the MG field for a couple of seasons in Paul’s regular ZR. Adding to the field will be former champion Michael Herlihy who will drive the ex Cody Hill MG F and his son Sean will have his first ever run in Andrew Watson’s blue MG ZR as Watson is forced to miss the weekend. It will mean two father son combinations on the grid and Sean’s first ever race!
