The VHRR have announced the production of Sandown Historic by the BlendlineTV team for 2023. The announcement comes along with the curation of a broadcast team for the event to be lead by the experienced VHRR hosts including Ron Simmonds however joining the existing team will be experienced commentator from the Motorsport Australia Nationals and VSRS in Darren Smith. Smith is enthused to join the weekend, “it’s been really exciting to join the team, I think I add to the event without taking over any of the existing team with their knowledge and experience” commented Smith.
Also joining the broadcast coming form his involvement with Formula Ford Australia and VSRS is Callum Branagan. Branagan has been instrumental in bringing interviews to live at VSRS events and joins as a host to the broadcast.
The racing will kick off from lunch time Saturday and run through until close on Sunday
